Decontamination Buildings, or Decons as they are often known, have been used for years by Facility Planners to alleviate safety hazards that can occur when employees work with chemicals and/or other toxic materials associated with their operations. Modular and mobile decons can be used for both proactive and reactive solutions to hazardous chemical exposure.
Using a modular building, as a Decontamination Building is advantageous for a variety of reasons, including: the speed with which they can be designed and installed and their ability to be set up in remote areas.
While the mobile building is being constructed in the factory, the site can be prepared. So by the time the modular decontamination building is ready for delivery, the site is
ready for installation.
