From a construction site to a golf club house, Wilmot Modular offers ADA-compliant modular units that are suited for retrofit applications including restrooms, sinks, showers, lockers and many more amenities that you can add to your facilities.

A variety of wall systems is available for providing gender-based, in-plant amenities. Restroom and locker room units come pre-assembled and are equipped with pre-installed plumbing fixtures.

The ADA-compliant units feature clear space to provide barrier-free access. Moisture-resistant interior finishes are available for durability and easy clean-up. These rooms can also be equipped for use as changing rooms or hazardous spill wash down rooms.
